Karma Kandara is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team, for the following positions:
  1. Reservation Agent
  2. F&B Admin
  3. Restaurant Supervisor
  4. Chief Security & Safety
  5. Purchasing Manager 
  6. Income Auditor
  7. Account Receivable
General Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-7), have worked overseas is an advantage (2)
  • Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
  • Excellent command of English communication (1-7); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (1)
  • Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1-7); Proficient in spreadsheet (5)
  • Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (1,2,3,5,6,7)
  • Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong background and good understanding of the following areas(5):

  • aF&B Product, Guest Amenities, General Suppliers, Engineering Supplier, FFE/HOE
  • Demonstrated leadership ability ,good interpersonal skills, Initiative, Problem solver and committed to deadline
