GUEST RELATION OFFICER
Requirements:
- Female max 28 years old
- Has experience in similar position for at least 2 Years in 4 or 5 starts hotel
- Have good personalities, can communicate with guest to deliver excellent service.
- Able to work in a team, honest, high motivation, good attitude, willing to learn
- Excellent communication in English verbal and written Outgoing, pleasant personality, mature, energetic and passionate
- Able to work as a team and work in flexible hour
- Able to negotiate and conduct up selling.
- Good in correspondence email and verbal
- Other foreign language is an advantage
