HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
- Preferably between 30 – 35 years old (M/F)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 4 star International Chain hotels
- Current position as Human Resources Manager or Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Has good administration skills and computer proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, income tax and budgeting
- Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
- Experience dealing with large number of staff
- Experience dealing with unions and local community
- Has good understanding of Balinese culture and language
- Familiar with labor law and permit application (Expatriates, hotel permit, etc)
- Has good working knowledge of English
- Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
- Energetic and great personality
- Creative, dynamic and innovative
