SOUS CHEF
(Bali)

Responsibilities:
  • Sous Chef is responsible for production, creation and general management of the highest quality products, supervising the staff in efficient manner, strive to keep overtime to a minimum and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
  • Create a departmental culture of motivation, team spirit and creativity within team member daily basis.

Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Strong culinary experience in Western and Asian fare
  • Self driven leadership to lead a small team
  • Flexible as the kitchen team of a villa is small and all positions work closely as a team
  • Creative- as all orders are Customized
  • 2 years’ relevant working experience in hotel/villa·
  • Related Training with the Job Description.
  • Previous Banqueting experienced is a plus.
  • English and other language is an advantage.
