- Graduated from Diploma or University in the faculty of Psychology
- Has min. 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Good working attitude, creative, innovative,and good supervision
- Good knowledge of training and able to create the Training Plan, evaluate and training analys
- A Strong dinamic Personality with good leadership skills
- having a good communications and relationship with people
- Able to speak English oral and written
- Understand and able to process Payroll and Jamsostek
