HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge in recruitment procedure and channels.
- Excellent network with local banjar and government institutions.
- Wide knowledge in all law and regulation related to hotel industry.
- Good ability in payroll and taxes.
- Minimum two years experience in international chain hotels.
- High skills in negotiation and communication with people.
- Well versed in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ambitious, discipline and creative personality.
- Able to lead and manage team well.
- Fluent in both English and computer.
- Outstanding in all job descriptions of Human Resources Manager.
