1. Front Office (FO)
Job Description :
- Greet guest(s) arrive at the front desk with a friendly and prompt manner,
- Making guest registration,
- Explaining benefits of the existing types of rooms in hotel,
- Working with HK to preparing the room,
- Answering for guest inquiries.
Requirements :
- Height minimum : female = 160 cm; male = 165 cm
- Education minimum D3
- Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking
- Good looking, Positive Energy, Guest Oriented Skill, Attractive and Multitasking
- Outgoing personality, friendly and good attitude and able to work in team
- Familiar with computer and Microsoft office
- At least 1 year working experience
2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Job Description :
- Greet guest(s) arrive at the front desk with a friendly and prompt manner,
- Handling guest complaint and any inquiries,
- Working with other related department,
- Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in before their arrival.
- Meet and greets arriving guests and bids them farewell as they leave.
- Reviews the arrival list daily and assists in preparing and distributing welcome amenities.
Requirements :
- Height minimum : female = 160 cm; male = 165 cm
- Education minimum D3
- Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking
- Good looking, Positive Energy, Guest Oriented Skill, Attractive and Multitasking
- Outgoing personality, friendly and good attitude and able to work in team
- Willing to work overtime
- Familiar with computer and Microsoft office
- At least 1 year working experience
3. COOK
Job Description :
- Planning and directing food preparation
- Directing work flow during service
- Ensuring consistent quality of food
- Managing staffs and cost
Requirements :
- Candidate must process at least a SMU, Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Management equivalent,
- Positive Energy, Guest Oriented Skill, Attractive, Friendly, good attitude and Multitasking
- Required English Language
- At least 1 year working experience
4. Accounting
Requirements :
- Female
- Strong understanding of Monthly report, Tax, Account receivable, Account Payable, Finance Controller
- Positive Energy, Guest Oriented Skill and Attractive, Friendly and Good attitude
- Able to work under pressure and Multitasking
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Required English Language
- At least 1 year working experience on the same position
5. Engineering
Requirements :
- Male
- Positive Energy, Guest Oriented Skill, Attractive, Friendly, Good attitude and Multitasking
- Strong Communication skill
- At least 2 years working experience on the same position
