1. Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle Call In & Walk In customer and make it into sales deal
- Expanding prospective client database through flyring, expo event activities etc
- Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management
- Other activities related to sales and marketing field Job Requirement :
- Max 35 years old
- Min 1 year of working experience in sales
- Min D3 for all major
- Good skill in MS.Office and Internet system
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skill
- Domicile in Bali is a MUST
2. Architect
- Male, max 30 years old
- Graduated S1 architecture
- Strong skill in 3D, AUTO CAD, and Sketch Up
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Min 1 year of working experience for this position
- Ready to work by this July 2014
