Bali Villa Worldwide is a company based in Bali that provide a large set of services regarding consultancy in property development, financing and proposing a wide range of villas to be sold or rented. BVW has more than 12 years of experience in Management business and the luxury Villa Rental with more than 250 Villas available for rental, 1-6 bedrooms and all over Bali.
We are looking for a Villa Specialist for our Sales team. Previous experience in this field is required along with exceptional English communication and writing. Attention to detail and knowledge of reservations, agents and sales is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up all inquiries: direct booking/referrals/agents within 12h
- Follow up booking confirmations, invoices for accounting
- Follow up with guest feedback after departure or outstanding issue
- Maintaining Company standards and the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Min 1 year working experiences in same field
- Highly sales orientated, strong sales technique knowledge
- Proven sales and marketing ability
- Enjoys interaction with customers
- Highly organized, able to deal with many inquiries at the same time
- Excellent English, speaking and writing
- Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
