Currently, we are located in some of the most desirable locations in the world inclusing Phuket, Koh Samui, Bangkok, Bali, Queenstown New Zealand and Sanya China. We are continuously expanding into new destinations across Asia Pacific and the rest of the world.
We are seeking for qualified, experienced and passionate candidate for the following position:
Chef de Partie
Position summary
A Chef de Partie is responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in his/her section. Because of this, a successful Chef de Partie must be very knowledgeable about his/her specialty, as well as culinary functions in general. A person in this role must also be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A Chef de Partie must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to him/her.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or any culinary degree
- Must have at least one year as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and Restaurants
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
- Eyes for details to achieve operation
