Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Other foreign language is an advantage
- At least a 1 year experience in a similar position at a good reputation resort operation
- Good communication skills bottom up and down and laterally
- Good managerial and leadership skills

- Guest engagement orientation
- Good awareness of controlling cost and expenses
- Revenue generating individual
