ONEWORLD retreats is a tour operator specialized in selling yoga and other type of retreats and journeys. We are now looking for potential candidate to fill the position as:
Supervisor
Main responsibilities:
- Planning of the yearly retreat calendar
- Oversee and support of reservations and sales team
- Oversee preparation of retreats and journeys
- Handling of communication and reservations towards our external retreat leaders
Main tasks:
- Define the retreat calendar for the coming year
- Handle communication and reservation with external retreat leaders
- Handle communication and reservation with travel agents
- Coordinate and supervise communication with guests of OWR
- Oversee all reservation related activities of OWR
- Handle guests payments of OWR prior to arrival
- Set cancellation and other reservation-related policies
- Set prices and special offers for each year
- Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth experience for our guests
- Oversee testimonials and respond to complaints of guests
Qualifications:
- Min. S1/D3 in relevant educational background
- Min. 5 years experience in Hospitality (resort / travel agent)
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Good analytical and attention to details
- Good organizational skills
- Project management skills
