- Ensure that the expectations of our guests are always exceeded.

- Project a positive image for guests and to provide all services that are on the list of first contact services
General Qualification
- Male or female
- Education background minimal diploma I or equivalent
- At the same role min 2 year experience
- Good personality and willing to work with Luna2 team members
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written
