1. Waitress
- All Food & Beverage Department team are responsible for ensuring that all guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings. Within that, the waitress is one of the most important positions for influencing guest satisfaction.
2. Public Area Attendant
- Keeps all public area of the hotel in a neat and clean condition. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the hotel to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
General Qualification
- Female (1) and Male (2)
- Education background minimal diploma I or equivalent
- At the same role min 1 year experience
- Good personality and willing to work with Luna2 team members
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written
