Job Description
Provide courteous and prompt technical service to our valued customers for their coffee and espresso equipment. Work will be performed in the field, on the phone, at our office/workshop, and on-call.
Job responsibilities
- Complete accurate inspections, service and maintenance of equipment in order to maintain equipment operation and extend equipment life.
- Espresso/coffee Equipment Installation, Repair, Calibration Service.
- Rebuild and Refurbish Equipment.
- Report time worked and provide daily work information to office in a manner and form as per current company practices.

Your Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of service experience in a similar or related field.
- Must like coffee. Tasting is the final process in all repairs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 25 kgs. without assistance.
- Independent, resourceful, respectful, and dependable.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, some weekends/holidays.
This is a full-time position and will be fairly compensated with respect to experience. We offer paid vacation and health benefits.
