- To supervises comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment in villa within 16 units private pool
- To implement a departmental training programme ensuring the necessary skill engineering to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
- To Ensure efficient operation of Property Maintenanace Operation & Energy Cost department in support of all other operating department, supplying services as required to the entire operation and maintaining, equipment, building in optimum operation.
