COST CONTROLLER ( MALE )
Requirements include:
- Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Has min 2 years experience at the same field - Hospitality
- Defined personal commitment to Wellness
- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
- Responsible to monitor and control the operational cost, marketing and administration cost
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budget, explain the variance, including consolidate action plan to rectify the root cause
- Conducting market survey
- Preparing cost report
- Stock taking of various stores and conduct timely spot check.
- Solid computer skills with Windows, Excel and VHP system
