Requirements:
- Educational background in related field - Diploma Degree.
- Has good interpersonal skills, initiative & team player.
- Min. 2 years experience as Department Head in medium scale operations or Asst.Department Head in large operations (1).
- Have an eye for details, Strong leadership and think 'without a box' i.e. creativity sans frontier (1).
- Display a confident and professional manner (1).
- Display flexibility and high energy levels (1).
- Show initiative and sense of Urgency (1).
- Result and quality driven individual (1).
- Good communication & administrative skills (2)
- Good command of english, both written, speaking & reading (2)
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply with min. 6 months On The Job Training experience at reputable 4 – 5* hotel in related field (2)
