General Manager
Candidates for the General Manager must fulfill the following criteria :
- Male/Female maximum 45 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
- Have expertise in Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of the Bali Market is advantageous
- Hands-on determined and active in driving business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager in 4-star hotel
- Highly motivated and strong leadership
- Excellent English in both written and spoken, other languages is an advantage
- Passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
Able to estabilish good relations with owners and is able to grasp the fundamentals of delivering high quality service and profitable operations.
