- Maintain Social Media Account of Grand Hyatt Bali.
- Prepare file, editing, and scheduling daily Social Media Post.
- Pro-actively responding any comments, messages, post from guest on Social Media.
- Pro-actively doing Social Media campaign to build more awareness (Instagram Photo Contest, Social Media Influencer visit,etc.)
- Prepare weekly Social Media Report.
- Create Resort Experience Itinerary for Social Media Influencer.
- Assist PR Manager by providing Social Media Report for Dept Head Meeting (once in 3 - 6months)
- Assist Public Relations Department in Photography (promotion, event,etc.)
- Maintain good relations between Hotels and Social Media Influencer/Media.
- Assist PR Department in creating complimentary form stay & gift certificate form.
- Assist PR Department in creating welcome card & welcome amenities/gift for VIP/Media/ Influencer visit.
- Maintain & control the distribution of monthly Magazine & Newspaper.
- Assist PR Department in attending Media/PR Events in Bali.
- Assist PR Manager on various projects in ad-hoc base
- Assist PR Manager on concepting, planning, and execution of internal and external events
