CHINESE SPEAKING STAFF
PT. Kura Kura, a new fast growing company is looking for enthusiastic candidate who is able to speak Mandarin for our Chinese Market to be posted immediately as our Operator Staff.
General Requirements:
- Excellent command and understanding of English language and Mandarin, both written (correspondent) and oral conversation
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Team Player & Good communication skills
- Computer Literate, Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of hospitality and travel agent in Bali will be advantage
- Based in Bali
Role:
- Assisting customer and client with booking, request, and inquiries
- Answering customer’s call & email in a timely manner
- Identify and handling customer issues or complaints accurately to the satisfaction of customer
- Maximise opportunities to sell up product and services
- Facilitate a close working relationship with company’s partner
