Restaurant & Bar Manager is responsible for supervision and operation of the food & beverage department in a restaurant. Restaurant & Bar Manager also consistently strives to exceed guest expectation and provides the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage, delegate responsibilities, & supervise restaurant & bar team
- Manage restaurant and bar operations.
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities to improve.
- Train and coach restaurant & bar team on guest service & practice
- Creating excellent guest experience by delivering a highest level of service
Requirement
- Previous restaurant & bar managing experience
- Completed training in all area of the restaurant & bar
- Provision English both spoken and written
- Outgoing personality & excellent presentation
- Hands on performer & good teamwork
- Event management experience
- Excellent guest relations background
- Maintain quality under pressure
- Computer literate
- Result oriented
